The CCG delegation participated in the 19th Heads of Asian Coast Guard Agencies Meeting (HACGAM) via video link from May 3 to 5. Hosted by the Turkish Coast Guard, the meeting was attended by representatives from the coast guard enforcements of 21 countries and regions, including Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, and Cambodia.

The attendees discussed further strengthening enforcement cooperation both within and without their borders, carrying out mutual learning, exchanges and mutual visits, establishing more effective cooperation mechanisms, and other topics. The extensive consensus they reached was of great importance for promoting their cooperation and mutual trust and maintaining maritime security and stability in the region.
